I’m Natalie, and just like life, my yoga practice is never stagnant, but fluid and always evolving. Yoga has enriched my life invaluably over the past 25 years, and empowered me to chase and achieve my dreams, whilst tending the needs of my family. No easy feat!
Through my own personal journey, intensive studies & training, I have gained an in-depth understanding of how yoga, meditation, and living in harmony with your surroundings, can radically transform your life, from one of stress and struggle, to one of bliss!
It is a blessing to walk this path. And I whole-heartedly look forward to sharing these joys with you, both on and off the mat.
