Your 45 min class will include guided meditation AND deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) practice.

Every class will be held in the soothing surrounds of Riverside Park, beside the beautiful Murray river, to leave you feeling nurtured and nourished on all levels.

Taking time to slow things down and truly rest is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
